PARIS (Dow Jones) – European aircraft manufacturer Airbus has received new orders in May for 14 aircraft, and thus twice as many as in April. In May, 47 machines were delivered was the daughter informed the European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co NV (EADS) on Thursday.
Airbus has so since the beginning up to 31 May total of 81 new orders received and delivered 206 aircraft. Airbus expects 2010 gross new orders 250-300 aircraft. In addition, a maximum number of deliveries as well as in the previous year 498 units expected.
