HB MUNICH. AllianceCEO Michael Diekmann has earned in 2009, given the billions of profits of the company almost as much again as before the crisis. The total remuneration of the CEO of Europe’s largest insurers amounted to 4.8 million euros, as of the Friday shows in Munich, published the annual report.
In the record year was 2007, the AllianceBoss around 5.2 million euros earned. 2008, when the now sold to Dresdner Bank Group tore deep into the red, dropped its fee to 3.8 million euros. The presence of such German Bank CEO Josef Ackermann is for Diekmann, however far off: The bank managers earned in 2009, almost 9.6 million euros, or about twice as much as the AllianceBoss. As the German Bank also gave the insurance company last year, significantly more of its directors: The remuneration of the AllianceBoard members increased by 17.5 percent to 30.9 million euros.
Europe’s biggest insurer Alliance remain in their future expectations remain cautiously optimistic.
