After an initial investigation , the Commission noted that the proposed transaction on competition in the Bulgarian and the Romanian market for daily consumer goods would significantly affect how the Commission announced on Tuesday. The competition authorities of both countries will review the projects now under national law.
The group of black – owned discount chain Lidl wants Plus Plus Bulgaria , Romania and operate retail stores take over from the German retail group Tengelmann. Lidl has worked with over 9,000 branches in 23 countries in Europe, including Romania and Bulgaria.
