HB ATLANTA.Der U.S. Siemens rival General Electric ( GE) has stepped up its energy business with a billion-dollar acquisition . With the Texas Dresser Inc., an infrastructure provider for the energy industry is on Wednesday a contract in the amount of three billion U.S. dollars were signed , said GE.
