Tognum expects increased number of orders in the current year

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN (Dow Jones) – The engine builders Tognum expects the current year with more new orders. The orders will higher than in the crisis year 2009, said Chief Financial Officer Joachim Coers in an analyst conference on Friday. In the first quarter rose new orders compared to the same period, mainly for marine engines as well as customers in the oil and Gas production by 7% to 697 million EUR, more than analysts expected. The first quarter is normally the strongest when Orders said Coers.
