Swedish building contractor NCC signs contract for new apartments in Sollentuna

Swedish construction and property development company NCC (OMX Stockholm:NCC A) (OMX Stockholm:NCC B) has signed an agreement for the transfer of a property combined with a housing contract in central Sollentuna, Sweden.

The deal with Sollentunahem is worth approximately SEK257m, NCC said today (6 May).

Under the agreement NCC Construction Sweden will build 142 apartments close to Sollentuna city centre on a turnkey contract basis. The work will take approximately three years to complete and is scheduled to start in autumn 2009.

According to NCC the property in Sollentuna will be handed over on 15 June 2009.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 11.9 Swedish kronor (SEK).
